• Dwelling Secured Loan applications: When you get to the “Government Monitoring” section of the application (Ethnicity, Race, and Sex), this part ONLY applies to requests for credit primarily for the purchase or refinance of a dwelling to be occupied as a principal residence.
  
  
• Lot Loan applications: complete the Marital Status section ONLY if: for joint or secured credit, or applicant resides in a community property state or is relying on property located in such a state as a basis for repayment of the credit request. In addition, do not complete the “Government Monitoring” section of the application (Ethnicity, Race, and Sex) for any lot loan.
