Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) applications: When you get to the “Government Monitoring” section of the application (Ethnicity, Race, and Sex), this part ONLY applies to requests for credit primarily for the purchase or refinance of a dwelling to be occupied as a principal residence.
Lot Loans applications: complete the Marital Status section ONLY if: for joint or secured credit. In addition, do not complete the “Government Monitoring” section of the application (Ethnicity, Race, and Sex) for any lot loan.
All Dwelling Secured Loans (excluding HELOC) applications: complete the “Government Monitoring” section of the application (Ethnicity, Race, and Sex) for all closed-end mortgage loans.
